WEEKLY WELLNESS TIP

Washing your vegetables is a very important step in staying healthy!  Be sure to trim and soak your veggies in a large bowl of water.  Add, to the water, 1 tsp of vitamin C powder and 15 drops of grapefruit seed extract. Swish the veggies around with your hands, and let it sit for 10 minutes.  No need to rinse!  Your veggies will be free from mold, fungus and debris!  Smile
